My toddler loves turning the colorful cogs and watching the little characters spin around — it's surprisingly engaging for a simple wooden toy. The interlocking mechanism works smoothly, and it keeps her focused for much longer than I expected.
The cogs are smooth and easy for small hands to turn, and my son loves watching the characters spin. It kept him quietly focused for a solid twenty minutes, which never happens. Very glad we got this set.
My two-year-old figured out the interlocking gears on her own and now spends twenty minutes spinning the little upright characters around the board. The wooden tray has held up fine to being dropped a few times already.
