Houten tuinpercelenkist

The leek and mushroom are so realistic I had to double-check they weren't real, and the chunky wooden texture is perfect for little hands. My daughter spends ages sorting her pretend harvest into the crate.

My toddler has ignored her plastic veggies since this arrived, but the wooden turnip is now a permanent resident of her toy kitchen. The leek is painted with stripes that actually look hand-done, not printed. No idea what finish they used but it's survived being chewed on.

The aubergine has this lovely painted finish that's already surviving being banged on the table. My son lines the five veggies up and plays shop for ages, so it's earning its keep.
