The boom extends and retracts, the cab rotates a full 360 degrees, and the hook raises and lowers on its cable. That is real three-dimensional movement in a wooden toy, and for a child obsessed with construction sites it is about as good as it gets.

Big, bright and built for heavy-duty play, the crane comes with two construction vehicles to lift and load onto its platform. Planning each lift, working out the reach and operating the parts together is early engineering thinking in disguise.

Simple self-assembly gets the crane ready for its first build.

Natalie ★★★★★

The cab's 360-degree rotation is surprisingly smooth, and I love watching my son figure out the boom extension alongside the hook's up-and-down motion. It's kept him quietly engaged for hours, which feels like a small miracle with a wooden toy.

Ella X. ★★★★★

My three-year-old loves making the hook go up and down while spinning the cab around. The wooden construction feels solid and the 360-degree rotation is surprisingly smooth.

Samuel U. ★★★★★

My son has been playing with this for hours and the 360-degree rotating cab is what really sold him. He keeps swinging the hook around to "load" his blocks. Solid wood too, feels like it'll survive him.
